I have asked around many forums, and it was only recently that I heard there used to be one at the old GameWorks in Las Vegas. There is no mention of it in the International Arcade Museum all that I have heard from it is from an old interview with Sega AM3. But there seems to be little information on its Special Edition.
I'm sure the regular edition of The Lost World, Jurassic Park Model 3 game by Sega needs no introduction.
